Sport psychology has emerged as a critical discipline in understanding and enhancing athletic performance, mental resilience, and overall well-being in sports. This letter synthesizes current knowledge and proposes future directions for research and practice in the field. Recent advances have demonstrated the effectiveness of psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness training, and mental skills development, in optimizing athletic performance across various sports and competitive levels. The growing recognition of mental health challenges among athletes has further highlighted the need for comprehensive psychological support systems within sports organizations. Additionally, technological innovations such as biofeedback and virtual reality are creating new opportunities for personalized mental training and performance enhancement. Despite these advancements, significant gaps remain, particularly in cross-cultural applications, lifespan approaches to athlete development, and the ethical integration of emerging technologies. Future research should prioritize interdisciplinary collaboration, culturally sensitive interventions, and longitudinal studies to better understand the psychological demands of athletes at different career stages. By addressing these challenges, sport psychology can continue to evolve as both a scientific discipline and an applied practice, ultimately contributing to the holistic development of athletes worldwide. This letter calls for strengthened partnerships between researchers, practitioners, and sports organizations to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that psychological insights translate into meaningful benefits for athletes at all levels of competition.

In recent years there has been a great advancement in molecular biology techniques, which enabled the researcheson influence of genetics on human performances in particular athletic performance. The role of genetic in sport hasbeen discussed and ethical issue is considerable for every one that uses this technology to enhance sportperformance. Talent identification, injury susceptibility and success in this field are the positive role but there ischallenge to detect gene cheating. This report is a big question for technology developer to understand the end ofthis field and preventing any abuse of science in gene doping.

Today, information technology development, with the purpose of making changes and progress in the organization seems necessary. And what is important in these changes isstaff’s awareness about sources and skills or informational literacy. The aim of this study is to evaluate information technology literacy situation of staff in sport organizations. So to this end, 176 managers and 194 experts were randomly selected as sample of the study and responded to the self-made questioner about information technology literacy. To measure the face and content validity (panel of expert), construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha) was used. Descriptive and inferential statistical (ANOVA-MANOVA- multiple regressions) were used also using (LISREL) software (Version 8.52) and SPSS (Version 17). The results revealed information technology literacy of staff of sport organizations was average. The result of MANOVA showed significant difference between micro scales of computer general literacy. So, that Information technology literacy of sport federation staffs was less than sport ministry staffs and the putty of education and physical education. Multiple regression analysis revealed full micro of computer literacy was significant forecasting for computer literacy. In finally we can say that; information technology is as one of the most important criteria for organizations. And should to proper important condition for acquainted with it and must be in priority improving of staff literacy.

Research, science production and technology are the most important elements of the development of countries. The main purpose of the research is to determine if the model of barriers to research and technology in sports sciences is appropriate in terms of the goodness of fit indexes. The study employed a descriptive-correlational method, which is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in nature. To collect data, field survey method was used. The statistical population consisted of all faculty members in the field of physical education and sports sciences at Iran state universities in 2017 (n=1100). Based on the Morgan table, 320 individuals were selected using the simple random sampling method. Finally, 246 questionnaires were chosen to analyze. To collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 44 items across a five-point Likert scale was used. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on Lawshe's table of critical values (CVR = 0. 85); and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed based on the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α =0. 82). To analyze data, exploratory and confirmatory analyses were performed using SPSS 20 and LISREL 8. 5 software. The results showed that development or modification of seven factors including research and technology culture in the society (0. 65), management and policymaking in the research system (0. 53), research rules and regulations (0. 60), the commercialization of research results (070), budgeting and research facilities (0. 78), and the researchers' status (0. 51) were identified as barriers to research and technology in physical education and sports sciences. In total, this model had a 65. 966% predictive power on the basis of total aggregate variance percentage. It was indicated that the model of barriers to research and technology in the field of sports sciences is appropriate in terms of the goodness of fit indexes. Obstacles and efforts to develop relevant strategies in this area could accelerate the process of developing research and technology in the field of sports sciences.
